An enjoyable Sunday Afternoon Tea with a glass of Prosecco!
On Sunday 29th June an Afternoon Tea with a glass of prosecco was enjoyed by members at the boathouse. The sun decided to shine, although the breeze was a bit on the chilly side. The event was a great success with a number of new members attending.
Volunteers produced a mountain of sandwiches, homemade scones and cakes which were successfully demolished in no time at all! The new members were welcomed into the throng and will hopefully now feel a more integrated part of the club.
The social event was preceded by a final meeting of all those taking part in the World Skiffies in Stranraer. Good luck and have fun!
