Easter Monday Row

Easter Monday Row

17th April 2017 – 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Alnmouth

Weather:

The weather look good for Monday, fairly flat sea with a significant breeze from North North east although not too strong. The high tide is at 06:55(4.99m) and low tide at 13:08(0.83m). As the water temperature is 8°C, It would be advisable to have a wet suit or similar clothing.

Plan:

A: If the sea state is as predicted by the forecast, I would suggest that we row toward the Coquet island and back. A potential crew of 6 would be good so to be able to take turn.

B: If the sea state prove to difficult then we could either row along Warworth beach or toward Boulmer

It would be good too if you could bring some food/snack and perhaps a small flask to take with you.

Forecast for Monday 17/04/2017
